What I do

I help Southern California businesses figure out where AI can genuinely improve their operations — and then I help them implement it. That means strategy, tooling, integration, and training. Not a deck and a handshake. Actual work.

I work primarily with small and mid-size businesses across the SoCal communities I know well: the waterfront towns, the entertainment corridors, the tech-adjacent neighborhoods, the wine country and coastal cities that don’t get as much attention as they deserve. These are businesses run by people who are already doing a lot, and who need AI help that fits their context — not a solution designed for a Fortune 500 company.

Why local matters

The large AI consulting firms charge large-firm rates. The offshore shops don’t understand that a business on Marine Ave in Balboa Island has fundamentally different operational challenges than a startup in Playa Vista. I do, because I’m here.
